Dangerous Goods (D) Endorsement Training
Drivetech Ltd provides Dangerous Goods (D) Endorsement training for drivers who need to transport dangerous goods by road. Our training is practical, straightforward, and designed to help drivers understand the legal requirements, safety responsibilities, and procedures involved in transporting dangerous goods safely.
If you are transporting Dangerous Goods, you will usually need a Dangerous Goods Endorsement on your driver licence. The requirement can depend on what you are transporting, how much you are carrying, and the circumstances of the transport.
A Dangerous Goods Endorsement is valid for five years before it must be renewed.
About the Course
This course is completed over one day and focuses on the theory, legal requirements, and assessment needed for a Dangerous Goods Endorsement.
Once you have successfully completed the course and been assessed as competent, you will receive the relevant certificate to take to AA or VTNZ so the endorsement can be added to your licence. A fee will apply through AA or VTNZ for the endorsement process.
What You'll Receive
When you complete Dangerous Goods training with Drivetech, you’ll receive the knowledge and assessment required to apply for your Dangerous Goods (D) Endorsement. Once you have successfully completed the course, you will be issued with the certificate needed to have the endorsement added to your licence through AA or VTNZ.
